EXPERIENCE:
One way to gauge experience is to consider the total settlements and
verdicts in which a lawyer has participated. I have participated in cases with
a total of more than $90 million worth of settlements, verdicts, and judgments. Another way
to gauge experience and reputation is through the comments of clients and
colleagues. Some of my cases were featured on The Learning Channel. Other cases have been the subjects of different
local and national newspaper articles. I hold a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rating,
which denotes very high to preeminent legal ability, adherence to professional standards
of conduct and ethics, reliability, and diligence.
